Anther patient using agressive language made me feel a little unsafe...not sure what could have been helped.

Thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to learn that you felt unsafe due to another patient's aggressive language. Please do not hesitate to approach staff should the situation reoccur so that they can ensure you are safe and they can counsel other patients regarding their affect on others.

- Prompt, sheduled care occuring at estimated time (eg every months)
- Made adjustment so I could attend 2 appointments in one day due to long travel distance.
- Treated me as an equal in my care.
Suggested improvements
- Better trauma- informed care at physical.
- Email system is hit and miss.
