Thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to learn that you felt unsafe due to another patient's aggressive language. Please do not hesitate to approach staff should the situation reoccur so that they can ensure you are safe and they can counsel other patients regarding their affect on others.
I am really sorry this happened and understand how upsetting this can be. Unfortunately this can sometimes happen as some patients are very unwell. Staff are trained to diffuse the tension as quick as possible. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
